The Office of Research Initiatives is always on the hunt to identify new resources to help researchers! Here are a few of our other projects we're working on.
Duke has acquired licenses for access to the anti-plagiarism software, iThenticate, for faculty and certain staff/trainees. Access to the software varies by school, so if you have questions about gaining access, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Research Navigators service allows us to understand the needs of Duke researchers on a system-wide scale. In response to an unmet need identified by our team we have acquired a set of encrypted digital voice recorders which are currently available at no cost.
Writing Resources for Researchers
We facilitate a variety of programming around scholarly writing including writing groups and retreats. These programs are offering in collaboration with Duke Faculty Write (an initiative of the Thompson Writing Program), the Office of Campus Research Development, and the Office for Faculty Advancement. We aim to bring together researchers at various levels from across Duke, regardless of discipline and writing project. To see our current offerings visit our Events page or email us email@example.com
